sports injuries

Sunday i`ve broke tendon on my left leg. It was happened because of my negligence. My leg started to hurt..but not so much, so i decided to go to training.

At night my leg have hurting so much, so couldn`t sleep at all. In the morning i`ve read some info in internet about this injuries, but did not found anything useful, so i went to sport-doctor. She said that this way of injuries are very often, and leg may hurt fro 3 - 24 weeks, depends on my exercises - running, gym, joga etc.
For treatment she recommended: ketoprofenum (fastum gel) or diclofenacum natricum (naklofen gel) with ibuprofen. Use gel with drug twice per day.
I bought both products, and after first day i felt myself very well, but leg still hurts, after trird night i decided to make some running. Sure my leg still hurts, but i feel myself much better. So i strongly recommend to use gel with drug and sure with massage ;)

Feel better, make harder, became stronger ;) but do not forget about your health
